A tactical support truck from the Sydney Fire Department was also called to the scene.Article content Firefighters with the New Waterford Volunteer Fire Department battled a structure fire at the corner of 10th Street and Miner Avenue in New Waterford early Monday morning. Firefighters were back on scene around 7:50 a.m. for hot spots.Article contentThe Cape Breton Post has learned a multi-purpose saw was stolen from one of the New Waterford department\u2019s trucks while firefighters were battling the blaze.
