Game winners get a chance to spin the wheel to pick a prize.Article contentUp for grabs are gift certificates with different values. There\u2019s everything from a scoop of ice cream to a float, a sundae, and a bucket of scoops.Article content\u201cYou don\u2019t know until you spin it and land on it, so it makes it a little extra fun,\u201d Bower said, noting the prizes are covered so there\u2019s an added thrill for people spinning the wheel.Article content\u201cWe don\u2019t have the profit margin like I used to have at the restaurant, where I could actually give hundreds of dollars or whatever. She opened Aunt Lisa\u2019s Ice Cream Parlour in the summer of 2024.Article contentArticle content\u201cThere\u2019s so many smaller organizations that are struggling to, one, be noticed and, two, get their project off the ground, that I thought, \u2018Well, we could just pair it.\u2019They could run the barbecue, we could run the bingo, and then it\u2019s all donation.\u201dArticle contentThe first event on July 18 was a hit. About $670 was raised for the Falmouth Family Park.Article content\u201cIt went really well.
