The Argentine struggled a lot early in the match, with Sinner firmly in control of the match. However, the Italian started to struggle physically when he was 5-2 up in the third.<\/p>\n
Cerndolo quickly recovered, getting back to 4-5. With Sinner serving for the game at 0-40, he called upon the umpire and requested to leave the court to receive attention from the physio, saying he felt dizzy and wanted to vomit and was allowed to do so.<\/p>\n
It was to no avail, as Cerndolo wrapped up the third by 7-5.<\/p>\n
