Donald Trump<\/a>‘s ambassador to Greece<\/a> is building a 50,000 euro ($58,000) basketball court at the official US residence, the Daily Mail can reveal.<\/p>\n

Kimberly Guilfoyle’s new court will sit alongside the pool and manicured gardens of Jefferson House, the lavish estate nestled in Athens’ exclusive Kolonaki neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Donald Trump Jr<\/a>.’s ex-fiance has thrown herself into the city’s glittering social scene: receptions, courtside seats, and late-night parties.<\/p>\n

And todocument it all, she’s seeking to add a personal photographer to the US government payroll at 25,000 euro ($29,000) per year, according to a prospective contract obtained by the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

Among her newfound friends are the presidents of the famed Olympiacos basketball team, Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos, who gifted her a custom jersey bearing the name of legendary player Vassilis Spanoulis.<\/p>\n

Guilfoyle signed off on a plan for a half-sized basketball court in December, just weeks after sitting courtside with the business magnate brothers.<\/p>\n

The contract includes strict terms:the court must be built in 45 days, with fines if it runs past schedule and includes a menu of optional add-ons like chain-link fencing, windscreens and LED lighting that could push costs even higher.<\/p>\n

She now lives in Jefferson House, the ambassador’s villa located in the exclusive Kolonaki neighborhood of Athens<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The courtside diplomacy continued in February when Guilfoyle was pictured with Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Daiyan Henley and Greek-American shooting guard Tyler Dorsey.<\/p>\n

‘In the spirit of friendship, respect, and US-Greek ties,’ the 57-year-old wrote on Facebook, sharing photos of herself embracing the hunky players at a jersey swap.<\/p>\n

To capture these transatlantic ties better, a new photographer is to be hired on an ‘as-needed basis,’ including ‘after-hours and weekend’ shifts for up to 20 hours a month, according to a prospective contract dated February 20.<\/p>\n

The work order mandates that edited images be delivered within a day, or sooner if requested by the embassy.<\/p>\n

The embassy did not immediately respond to request for comment.<\/p>\n

Guilfoyle, who arrived in Athens in October, is hoping her boss and near-father-in-law will visit the embassy in July.<\/p>\n

With a NATO summit scheduled for July 7 and 8 in neighboring Turkey, a stopover in Athens for Air Force One would surely be a logistical no-brainer.<\/p>\n

A second government bid obtained by the Daily Mail, dated February 20, outlines a 25,000-euro-per-year contract for photography and videography services<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The pair were reunited at the White House last week as Guilfoyle made a high-profile appearance to celebrate Greek independence day.<\/p>\n

Trump ensured all eyes were on the envoy, offering a glowing introduction and beckoning her to join him at the podium.<\/span><\/p>\n

‘You are the greatest, and I heard they love you over there,’ Trump said. ‘And I hope you come back here in 12 years or whenever the term ends.’<\/span><\/p>\n

Guilfoyle launched her diplomatic tenure with a nightclub party hosted by Greek pop idol Konstantinos Argiros in late October.<\/p>\n

They were joined by billionaire ticket marketplace tycoon Eric Vassilatos, who has since been spotted with Guilfoyle in London and Miami.<\/p>\n
